About the company

Our people create bespoke marketing solutions for businesses and we work with some of Australia’s most iconic and well recognised brands and corporate entities.

Currently, we are focused on marketing and advertising products, but we are expanding to create a one stop shop to support clients with everything required to deliver high quality events.

About the role

Based in Mitcham, as a Sales Consultant you will report to the National Sales Manager. This role will focus on retention and growth of an existing portfolio along with acquiring new leads.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Network and prospect new leads to add into your portfolio
  • Schedule and attend sales meetings
  • Develop solutions/proposals for our clients in order to effectively position Clear Bridge Group
  • Cultivate valuable client relationships from an existing client database to build yourself a portfolio of account clients
  • Contribute to sales strategies

Skills & Experience

  • Previous phone and face to face sales experience
  • Efficient in prioritising your schedule and maximising your time to achieve targets
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish strong rapport
  • Solution based thinking and strategic approach to selling
  • Understanding of how to use a CRM to maximise efforts
